We are pleased that you have been selected to participate in our event this year!  The park will be ready to go for us by 6:00 a.m. on Sunday.  

As a reminder, you will be provided with a 12’ x 12’ outdoor space to display your merchandise.  Only one artist per booth, please.  Art For All does not supply tents, tables or chairs.  When you arrive, it is ok to drive your car on the grounds to unload, however you will be required to move your car off the premises before the show opens.  There is parking in the 6^th avenue parking lot. 

AFA volunteers will be at the park by 6:00 a.m. to help direct you to your booth.  As we get closer to the show, there will be an attachment below with the map of the park and your booth listing.  Once at the park, you will receive a booth number to post in your booth and name badge.  There will be an indoor artist break area for you with a continental style breakfast available from 7 a.m. until noon.  Non-profit vendors will be on the event grounds selling food and refreshments all afternoon for your convenience and for the general public.  The event starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m.

If you have agreed to donate something for our raffle we will pick up your item after everyone’s booth is set up.  We would like to thank you in advance for the item you are giving. Hotels may be full as we also have the Leow Strong Bike ride on June 28th which draws almost 2,000 riders every year.
